The Philosophy: A free community gathering designed to anchor the spirit before the world demands your energy. This is a quiet, reflective sanctuary. Upon arrival, Sovereigns head directly to the outdoor patio to find their space. We move through a three-stage, self-guided frequency journey set with a weekly theme to align the body, mind, and soul.

THE WEEKLY FLOW: ONE HOUR OF SOVEREIGNTY

10:00 AM | ARRIVAL & SETTLING (15 min): The Sacred Circle opens. Sovereigns arrive and head directly to the outdoor patio. This is your time to find your space, breathe, and prepare your vessel for the journey.
10:15 AM | THE FREQUENCY JOURNEY (30 min): Strict Silence Observed. We move through the three-stage self-guided meditation: The Anchor, The Decree, and The Seal.
10:45 AM | THE INTEGRATION & TEA (15 min): When you have uplifted and are personally ready to transition, quietly move indoors to the Apothecary for connection. Enjoy a $5.00 Hot Shot tea ritual (regularly $6.50) designed to seal the morning’s energy.

THE ORDER OF RITUAL

Our weekly gathering follows a precise alchemical flow. While the theme shifts with the calendar, the process remains the sacred rhythm of:

1. THE ANCHOR (The Release):
- The start of our session is dedicated to releasing what no longer serves. We let go of tension, expectation, and external noise.
2. THE DECREE (The Empowerment):
- We transition into empowerment, activating our highest "I AM" authority and centering our personal power.
3. THE SEAL (The Quiet & Integration):
- We close with a deep, quiet energy meditation. This final stage is the integration—sealing the morning's energy into your physical form.
