Step into a sacred container held beneath the open sky. This is not a guided class, but a curated ritual space designed for you to lead your own evolution. At Transcend, we provide the atmosphere and the "sonic keys"; you provide the intention.
The Settle & Soften: Arrive and claim your space (Bring your Mat) . As the air is cleared, begin your own grounding and breathwork. This is the time to dissolve the feeling of separation and prepare the heart for devotion.
