To ensure the most profound resonance during your hour, we recommend the following:
- Dress for Comfort: You will remain fully clothed. Wear soft, breathable fabrics. We recommend removing shoes and belts to allow the mat’s infrared heat to penetrate effectively.
- Hydrate Early: PEMF and Infrared heat work best when the body is well-hydrated. Drink a glass of water before you arrive to assist in the "cellular detox."

These sessions are designed to move beyond the physical, utilizing medical-grade frequencies and the deep, resonant "wah-wah" of the Freenote Wave to bridge the gap between grounding and pure transcendence.
What to Expect this Fall
- Deep Frequency Work: An hour of targeted alignment using specialized tuning forks (including the Otto 128 and Brain Tuners).
- The Wave Finale: Each ceremony concludes with a 10-minute immersive sound wash using the Low AE Wave, designed to seal your frequency shift in the open air.
