A 30-minute outdoor ritual meditation for reclaiming your power.
Step into sacred space beneath open sky. This guided ritual weaves breathwork, intention, and embodied meditation with carefully curated music and soundscapes of empowerment designed to attune the nervous system and awaken inner authority. Through gentle invocation and symbolic practice, you will release what dims your voice and remember the truth of who you are — rooted, radiant, and sovereign. The circle closes with a brief Tea Ritual and Smudge, offering a moment of grounding, reflection, and connection as you integrate the work in shared presence.
