By using the physics of sound and precise frequency intervals, we bypass the analytical brain and speak directly to the nervous system, inviting you to shed the "static" of daily life and return to your own original, resonant rhythm.

Join us at Transcend - at Herb & Smudge Apothecary for a 45-minute immersive sound experience. Transcend is a conducted frequency meditation that uses precision tuning forks to realign your nervous system and clear your energetic field.
Location: Transcend - at Herb Smudge Apothecary (Outdoors)
Week 1 (April 2nd): The Solar Pulse
The Intent: Vitality & Momentum.
The Experience: Following the peak of the moon, we focus on grounding and "quickening" the body’s internal fire. This session uses weighted vibration to wake up your cells and move you from stagnant thought into inspired action.
Week 2 (April 9th): The Venusian Heart
The Intent: Love & Integration.
The Experience: A journey into the center. Using the "Perfect Fifth" interval, we harmonize the bridge between your physical reality and your emotional truth. A softening session designed to open the heart and soothe the spirit.
Week 3 (April 15th): Sovereign Stillness
The Intent: Deep Insight & The Void.
The Experience: As the world slows down, we dive into the "inner apothecary." We use brain-wave entrainment to pull your awareness inward, moving past the mental chatter and into the profound wisdom of the still point.
Week 4 (April 23rd): The Lunar Reset
The Intent: Clearing & Release.
The Experience: Our final monthly clearing. We identify and "sweep" away the energetic static gathered over the last 30 days. You will leave feeling empty, light, and perfectly resonant for the month ahead.
Weekly Frequency Journey:
Capacity: Limited to 8 participants per session for an intimate, personal conductive experience.
What to Bring: Please bring your own yoga mat, a comfortable pillow, and a warm throw blanket. We invite you to create your own "nest" so you can settle into your best comfort position for total relaxation and warmth.
Arrival: Doors open 30 minutes before the journey begins. Please arrive early to settle into your space.
