Welcome to a deep-dive journey into the heart of the plant kingdom. The Rule of Three is a signature immersion series designed for the modern seeker, the community healer, and the curious alchemist. Hosted by Herb & Smudge Apothecary, this course moves beyond simple "herb-lore" into a multi-dimensional study of botanical medicine.
Each immersion is structured around three core pillars—the Botanical, the Celestial, and the Mineral—ensuring you don't just learn about a plant, but learn to commune with its spirit and structure.
The Course Structure:
We follow a rhythmic cycle of learning and embodiment designed to fully integrate the medicine:
- Weeks 1 - 3 | The Digital Grimoire: Over the first three weeks, you will receive your digital lessons. We journey through Materia Medica, physiological impacts, botanical energetics (Air, Fire, Water, Earth), and vibrational alchemy using Transcend: Frequency Meditation & Energy Healing. Each week includes a "Tea Sit" ritual and a reflective prompt to be shared within our private community.
- Week 4 | The Apothecary Gathering: In the final week, we move from the digital into the physical. We gather in person at our The Alchemist’s Chamber in downtown Galveston for a live integration. Here, we work with the physical plants, refine our preparations, and anchor the month's teachings through collective energy work and sound.

Throughout the month of May, we will deep-dive into the sacred trinity of Hawthorn, Rose, and Tulsi, learning to hear their whispers, understand their medicine, and ultimately, weave them into a personal botanical seal.
